Japanese salad recipes : Tuna salad
Ingredients:
100g lettuce
1 cucumber
400g fresh sashimi quality tuna
1/2 Onion thinly sliced
wasabi mix with tuna
Dressing:
Aloe & Lemon Salad Dressing
Preparation:
Cook the onions about 15 seconds in a boiling water. Prepare a bowl of cold iced water, transfer it fast to the iced water and soak for 5 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Shed the cucumber into long, thin strips and set aside. Mix Tuna, wasabi and soy sauce in a bowl and keep cold in freeze while preparing other ingredients. Wash lettuce under cold running water. Gently dry them with paper towels. Put all the ingredients in the bowl and gently tossed the mix. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with Aloe & Lemon Dressing. Add wasabi if prefer.
