HEALTHY MUSHROOM TOFU STEAK (豆腐と舞茸のステーキ)

Ingredients (Serves 4 )

  • 2packets (600g) Tofu
  • 1 pack Mushroom
  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt & pepper
  • Parsley


Method

1) Drain off water from Tofu, sprinkle a little sea salt and pepper
2) Slice the mushroom
3) Finely minced the garlic
4) Heat the oil in fry-pan, cook (1) tofu, turn to the other side when it color changed,
a
dd in (3) garlic, as well as (2) mushroom. Cook the Mushroom, garlic in until it
turned to golden brown in color. Sprinkle little salt on it. Transfer it to the plate and
add some parsley onto it.
Time : 15mins Total Calories : 239kcal Total salt : 1.5g
