I love salmon but not keen on the raw type. Hope to try again one day. I love sushi though. Thus dish here looks so easy and sp tempting. Maybe I’ll prepare for my friends and watch them enjoy eating….LOL

We are using the Mitsukan Sushi vinegar http://astore.amazon.com/freonljapfoor-20?node=26&page=8 . Using the right “sushi su” will give you a good taste, and you may also consider of mix in some additional sugar to your prefer taste..
