Japanese recipe – Teriyaki Chicken
This is another recipe that real easy to prepare though it may take some time to marinate the chicken. I really enjoy its delicious sticky sauce that stick firmly to the chicken. And the combination among the japanese sake, mirin, sugar are prefect to represent the japanese traditional taste.
*Only one reminder for this recipe, turn the heat down to low in the final stage before the chicken overheated.
  Ingredients:
  4 chicken breasts
  2 tbsp japanese sake
  6 tbsp mirin
  6 tbsp soy sauce
  3 tbsp sugar
3 cloves garlic, peeled and finely chopped pepper
  Preparations:
Mix soy sauce, sake, mirin, garlic and sugar in a bowl or a large Ziploc bag. Sprinkle chicken with pepper, cover if in bowl, marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Heat a pan and pour in 2 tbsp vegetable oil. When the pan is very hot, add chicken, keep heat on high, stirring chicken constantly. Add in the rest of sauce and slimmer on low heat until the sauce become thick. Cut the chicken in strips, glaze chicken with thickened sauce and serve with rice.
