Every time I visit Japan, when I think of eating Sushi, I will think of 105Yen kaiten-sushi restaurant at Shibuya, Tokyo. 2 reasons for that, because I have limited budget to consume in the luxury sushi restaurant. Secondly, the raw fish is freshly delivered from Tokyo Tsukiji morning market every morning. The restaurant name Kaiten-sushi, Tsukiji Honten. All the sushi (2 in a plate) sold at 105YEN. Reasonable and delicious. But, there are some rules of eating sushi there. When I had just entered the restaurant, the waitress whispered to me that need to consume minimum of 7 plate’s sushi. Furthermore, finish it in 30 minutes. This is really challenging task for the entire customer including me. When I see around 20 customers is waiting inside the restaurant, in addition to this, 10 customers queuing outside, then I stated realized why they set such rules. It really worked to shorten the queuing time. It took around 15 minutes ~ 20 minutes to get a seat. The sushi was so fresh, that I was temparary forgot everything but just to concentrate on ordering various types of sushi, Cyutoro (Tuna), awabi, salmon, negi-toro, hoki-gai, unagi!! Umai!! Delicious!! Finally, I got a “fair†result of consuming 13 plates of sushi there in 30 minutes challenge. “Gochisosama Deshita!!
