Japanese Diet Recipe : Cabbage Soup

Ingredients:

 5 large green onions
 5 carrots
 1 head cabbage
 2 green peppers
 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)
 1 bunch celery
 1 package Lipton soup mix
 1 or 2 cubes bouillon (optional) *
 1 48oz can V8 juice (optional) *
Season to taste with cubes bouillon*, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, etc.

Directions:
Add all the vegetables in a big pot. Use about 12cups of water (or 8 cups plus the V8 juice *), cover. Bring to boil, stir in the soup mix and boil gently for 20minutes. Reduce heat to low and simmer until all vegetables are soft. Eat as much of soup as you like in next 7 days.Drink as much water as you can. You may also drinks coffee or tea.
