     Healthy Juice Recipe Full With Vitamin C

     After sharing most of main Japanese recipes in recent posts, today we gonna take a break, let’s have a glass of healthy juice full with vitamin C.

    Vitamin C is very important to all animals including human because it is vital to collagen production. And collagen is the most ubiquitous substance in the body because it is the most abundant of the fibers contained in connective tissue. Vitamin C also helps to protect the fat-soluble vitamin A, vitamin E as well as fatty acids from oxidation. So, it very important to take enough vitamin C daily. It will helps to improve from anemia, release from stress and more importantly to build-up a beautiful skin.

     Vitamin C can be found from citrus fruits such as oranges, limes, grapefruit and vegetables including tomatoes, capsicums and many other. Vitamin C is easily damaged during the food preparation stage, such as during chopping, cooking, boiling, and being submerged in water. Due to the above reason, I would always like to take vitamin C by mixing fruits into healthy fresh juice.

   So, let’s just try out the juice recipe below and say “Bye-Bye” to blotch or freckle then. :)

 Ingredients: (2 servings)

  3 Oranges
  1 small Green capsicum
  1 small Yellow capsicum
  1 small Red capsicum

  Preparations:

  Peel off oranges skin, 
  Take out the capsicum pit
  Mix them well in a mixer
