A Warm welcome to YouLin’s Blog!!

Hi, my name is YouLin, a Malaysian Chinese living in “Pearl of the Orient” – Penang, Malaysia. I like Japanese food very much since I get in touch with Japanese Food a decade ago in Tokyo. I worked part time from plate-washer, cook assistant to waiter during my college life in Japan. From there, I learned and experienced the typical Japanese cuisine of sushi, sashimi, donburi ryori etc. So, in this blog I am going to share my best knowledge and experiences that I had gained.
